Our client, a vibrant and busy nursery is looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to help oversee the daily running of the setting. The nursery holds an Outstanding Ofsted rating and offers children a varied early years experience, including regular activities and outings as part of their learning. The Deputy Nursery Manager supports the Nursery Manager with staff coordination, operational organisation, and maintaining consistent EYFS standards across the nursery.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Senior experience in a nursery setting such as Room Leader, Third In Charge or Deputy Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding procedures, and nursery compliance
- Experience supporting staff leadership and nursery operations
- Ability to work confidently within a busy nursery environment
