Candidates must have the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, and work collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues both internal and external to the Trust. The ability to interpret complex information and present its impact is key, as well as ensuring the team produce accurate and robust information. Management experience is essential, with the ability to lead a function successfully, ensuring individuals are motivated and are clear on personal and strategic objectives. Candidates must be fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA). NHS experience is not essential, so please do apply if you feel your skills and experience align to our requirements.
