The band 7 will work within the quality system at all times. Question and propose changes to procedures when necessary, to maintain the validity and appropriateness of the system with new and changing practices.In partnership with patients and other professionals make sound, ethically-based decisions in the interest of patients and the absence of precedents and protocols. They must at all times demonstrates safe use and maintenance of expensive, specialist equipment used by self and others, using quality assurance methods. The band 7 is the lead liaison with all members of the multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, engineers, nurses, physics colleagues, students and other allied health professionals, to maintain a positive working relationship across all professional boundaries.
