About the Radiotherapy Service Based at the internationally renowned St Bartholomew’s Hospital in the heart of the City of London, our radiotherapy department offers a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work with advanced techniques and the latest innovations in cancer treatment.

Our current equipment includes:

· Five Varian TrueBeam linacs (two with 6DoF couch, with a fleet upgrade to Hypersight, RapidArc Dynamic and SGRT planned throughout 2025 and 2026).

· XStrahl orthovoltage and Bravos HDR brachytherapy intergraded onto the Radiotherapy ARIA network.

· Siemens Somatom Confidence CT for pre-treatment imaging and Varian Eclipse TPS for treatment planning.

We deliver a wide range of advanced techniques, including IMRT, IGRT, TBI, DIBH, SABR, ART, stereotactic radiosurgery (HyperArc) and gynaecological brachytherapy.

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Therapeutic Radiographer to join our team. This is a rotational post covering all areas of the department, including pre-treatment imaging, treatment delivery and brachytherapy.
