Including but not limited to typing letters, reports, patient referrals. Communicate with hospitals for appointments, bookings and admissions. Monitor daily tasks sent by clinical staff. Following up fast track hospital appointments, rejections, triages and Advice and Guidance requests. Scanning hospital letters either paper or electronic to relevant departments/staff.
