The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. The post holder will be required to deputise for Band 7 nurses on occasion. This will include supervision of Band 3 HCSWs, attendance at various meetings and ensuring availability to offer advice/support to housing providers. Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesnt mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates. This isnt "fluency", just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health.
