Summary
Provide clinical expertise across board area of community paediatrics Participate in the development of the service model, supporting colleagues in the establishment of a Multi-Disciplinary Service including Pathway Development Provide liaison work at all levels with other health staff and community agencies working with children, adolescents and their families Provide clinical care located where necessary for instance clinics based in Special Schools and other community location Work closely with colleagues in Education, Local Authoriy and third sector in the delivery of services for children and young people with complex disorders. Work within the team to ensure robust outcome measures Work closely with all agencies involved in child care and observe the local safeguarding procedures
