Our Retail restaurant is one of the busiest food destinations within the building, serving high volumes while maintaining exceptional standards. As a Retail Chef de Partie, you’ll run a large section and contribute to producing around 200 portions daily - delivering fresh, vibrant, consistent dishes at pace.

This role is ideal for a hardworking, organised chef who thrives in a fast moving environment and takes pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

The Role

Run a large production section within a high volume kitchen.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently to meet service deadlines.
Maintain high levels of quality, consistency, and portion control.
Support the wider team with a flexible, can do attitude.
Follow recipes and specifications accurately, ensuring proper allergen and compliance practices.
Keep your workstation clean, well organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
About You

Experience in high volume kitchens or large scale production.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle pressure.
Strong technical basics and consistent, accurate preparation.
A hardworking, positive mindset and willingness to support the team.
Understanding of allergens, food safety, and kitchen compliance.
