You will also oversee theatre governance cross‑site, with lead responsibility for clinical governance at Heatherwood Hospital.

Applicants must hold current NMC or HCPC registration and be educated to master’s level (or equivalent experience), with substantial leadership experience at Band 8a or above in an acute trust. Strong knowledge of perioperative care, theatre productivity, professional standards, governance and NHS operational frameworks is essential.

If you are an inspiring, forward‑thinking clinical leader with the ambition to influence perioperative care at scale and improve patient outcomes, we would welcome your application.
