Crynodeb
NRL are working with a SME M&E Contractor who are recruting for a Project Manager MEP to join the team on a permanent basis.
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover and final account.
- Attend site regularly to support teams and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
- Maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Take full ownership of project budgets and margins.
- Work closely with QS/Directors on CVR reporting and forecasting.
- Negotiate subcontract packages and manage variations.
- Identify and manage risk proactively.
- Lead final account discussions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Support or lead the preparation of M&E tender submissions.
- Obtain and review subcontractor quotations.
- Identify value engineering opportunities.
- Good understanding of JCT / NEC contracts.
- Attend client meetings and tender interviews.
- Assist Directors in bid strategy and pricing approach.
In a smaller business, you will be directly involved in shaping how we win work — not just delivering it.
