Summary
To work in partnership with the Northern Cancer Care Alliance, Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust and other relevant stakeholders to lead a project to identify the feasibility of developing and delivering a model of prehabilitation within Gateshead. To scope, develop, manage and at times deliver elements of a prehabilitation service across the complexities of secondary and primary care. To provide regular project reports with the aim to inform future business cases to support on-going funding and development of the chosen model (s) of prehabilitation across the Trust. Have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project including change management and benefits realisation.
