•Has the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
• Good understanding of principles of child development and learning processes
• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), completed a PGCE and / or employed as an HLTA

In some settings a Declaration will be required in order to meet our obligations under the ‘Disqualification under the Childcare Act 2006’.
