A fast‑growing, award‑winning tech-led organisation is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join its on‑site IT team. This role sits within a supportive, multicultural environment that values innovation, sustainability, and teamwork.
The Opportunity
You'll join a hands‑on tech department that supports internal users and contributes to the wider operational workflow. The business focuses heavily on sustainability, reconditioning and refurbishing devices, and has won multiple awards for its eco‑driven approach.
What You'll Do
- Provide first‑line technical support across the office
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support device setups, repairs, and refurb processes
- Assist with user accounts, access, and security procedures
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements
Who You Are
- Good foundational IT knowledge (Windows, troubleshooting, devices)
- Strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Practical, proactive, and great with people
- Comfortable working on‑site full time (Mon-Fri)
- Keen to grow within a fast-moving tech environment
