Why Join Us
The IT and Digital department operates in a dynamic environment employing leading technology to support HCPC as an organisation that has a track record of change and growth. We are currently delivering major business projects, adopting enterprise cloud technologies.
Your Role
Act as the technical authority in supporting HCPC's transition towards platform-centric IT solutions.

Take full ownership of systems assigned, ensuring they are kept up to date, supported, secured, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Liaise effectively with departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Business Change to complete administrative tasks related to system maintenance, support renewals, licensing and compliance.
Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, resilience, monitoring, security, maintainability) are clearly defined, documented, and met for all technical changes and implementations across the organisation.
Collaborate proactively with the Solutions Architect or 3rd party Vendors to drive forward all technical deliverables, ensuring clarity, alignment with architectural standards, and timely completion.
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone who has:
Ability to confidently communicate in meetings and articulate IT non-functional requirements (NFRs) in prioritisation meetings, highlighting their value and impact to stakeholders. Must be confident in estimating the effort and time required to deliver NFRs to support effective planning and decision-making.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Web Apps, App Services, Azure Site Recovery, Log Analytics, and Azure API Management.
Strong understanding of systems integration and a keen interest in APIs. You should be confident working with API documentation and collaborating with technical teams.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity and Access Management tools such as Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, SAML, and Active Directory Domain Services.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree; or 5+ years of related experience depending upon level
Azure certified - highly desirable
