Have you spent the last few years as a Quantity Surveyor for an array of refurbishment works? Do you have knowledge of the Social Housing industry?

Key aspects of the role:
Using your commercial expertise to your advantage and drive the refurbishment projects for various decarbonisation schemes such as EWI works in Social Housing aroudn the Sheffield to Lougborough area.
- You'll take ownership on key contracts and become an essential member of the team, for which you will be recognised through training and progression.
- Lead the subcontractors, material procurement and commercial management.
- Use your experience to minimise the costs and enhance value for money whilst adhering to legal and quality assurance requirements.
What you'll need:
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
- Member of RICS
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.
