We’re recruiting on behalf of a beautiful country house venue in Wotton-under-Edge for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.

Set within 200 acres of countryside, this venue hosts conferences, weddings, events and residential guests, offering chefs the opportunity to work across a variety of services in a professional and well-structured kitchen.

This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who enjoys event catering, fresh food preparation, and working within a supportive kitchen team.

    Responsibilities as Chef de Partie

      • Prepare and cook dishes for restaurant service and events
      • Work across sections supporting the wider kitchen team
      • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
      • Ensure compliance with HACCP, COSHH and food safety standards
      • Assist with preparation for conferences, weddings and functions

      What We’re Looking For

      • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
      • Background in hotel, event or high-volume kitchens preferred
      • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organisation
      • Positive, proactive attitude and good teamwork

      Ability to work a 5 out of 7 rota including evenings and weekends
