Job Title: Supported Housing Worker
Location: Kilburn - North West London
Contract Length: ASAP until May 2026
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
£16.50PH PAYE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Supported Housing Worker to join our frontline team supporting residents in sheltered and retirement leasehold housing. You will play a key role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and able to maintain independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to residents in supported housing.
- Promote resident wellbeing, independence, and safety.
- Work closely with colleagues and housing management teams.
- Respond to resident queries and provide practical assistance when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required before submission.
- Experience working in supported housing, housing management, or a similar frontline support role is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a lone-working environment.
Health & Safety:
This role involves lone working. A lone-working policy is in place, and staff will be issued with a lone-worker safety device to ensure their safety while on duty.
