Quality Coordinators are essential to providing a good quality service and thus a high level of patient care. To ensure this is the case, the quality coordinator must: Be involved in providing training to SoTW personnel on all aspects of the quality management system e.g Document Control, Audit, Asset, Competency Training Ensuring compliance by monitoring the Pathology KPI's using data analysis and Power BI reports and using this data to conduct departmental 1-1s with department managers and senior staff, for accountability Be able to conduct audits on all areas of the quality management system Be available and approachable to support all pathology disciplines in their quality activities Think innovatively to support service improvement initiatives using collated feedback
