The successful candidate will join the Quality Assurance and Training (QAT) team as a Quality Assurance Officer, a central function within the Offender SAR service. The QAT team plays a key role in maintaining service quality by delivering high-quality training, conducting robust quality assurance reviews, and supporting the management of complaints.

By identifying learning opportunities through quality assurance activity and complaint insights, you will help strengthen operational effectiveness and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the service.
You will work closely with operational teams responsible for reviewing offender information and determining what information can be disclosed in line with the Data Protection Act 2018.
