An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Repairs Surveyor to join a dynamic Partnership team (newly restructure Healthy Homes team).
Based at our Nottingham office and working as part of a wider delivery team under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, specifying, and managing repairs and maintenance works, ensuring all activity is completed promptly, compliantly, and to a high standard.
A key element of the role is ensuring full compliance with Awaab’s Law timescales and HHSRS hazard assessment requirements, prioritising tenant safety and meeting all legal obligations.
You will be expected to deliver a first‑class service while working in occupied homes, making excellent customer satisfaction a core priority.
We are seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor with a strong track record in effectively managing workloads across repair and maintenance programmes. You will have sound knowledge of both internal and external works and be an effective communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills.
You will demonstrate a proactive and robust approach to health, safety, and environmental standards, and be capable of managing our supply chain to ensure full compliance with required processes. We are looking for a confident individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities and consistently delivers high‑quality outcomes.
