We are seeking a highly organised and dependable Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, supporting their line manager, and ensuring established processes are followed consistently.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and operates within the company’s established management structure.
Working closely with their immediate manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient office operations and high professional standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations
-Support HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and -employee records
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as directed by management
-Maintain clear communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
-Ensure company policies, compliance requirements, and health & safety procedures are followed
-Handle phone enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service
-Manage supplier orders, negotiate prices and arrange deliveries within company procedures and frameworks
-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by your line manager
About You
-Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role
-Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work within established systems and procedures
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office
-Professional communicator with excellent written and phone etiquette
-Experience with HR administration is desirable
-Commercial awareness and willingness to learn relevant regulatory frameworks
