Contract & Hours
Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
What the role involves:
Customer Experience & Service Delivery
-Deliver a world‑class customer journey, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, polished, and aligned with Signature's high standards.
-Act as a Signature brand ambassador, embodying warmth, professionalism, and service consistency.
-Respond promptly and effectively to all requests, keeping customers informed throughout.
-Maintain an approachable, proactive, and guest‑focused manner at all times.
Workplace Operations & Facilities
-Conduct routine inspections to ensure workspaces are safe, clean, and functioning to a high standard.
-Monitor stationery hubs, tea points, and meeting rooms, ensuring replenishment and presentation excellence.
-Prepare and maintain meeting, conferencing, and event spaces, including AV and hospitality elements.
Meeting Room & Event Coordination
-Allocate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination across the workplace.
-Support events ranging from senior management meetings to group‑wide engagements.
-Provide operational support including IT setup and catering coordination.
Systems & Administrative Support
-Register and manage all visitor entries using the building's visitor management system.
-Provide basic IT support and attend training sessions to remain informed on Signature and workplace offerings.
-Uphold professional communication standards across telephone, email, and digital channels.
Team Collaboration & Communication
-Work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager to coordinate contractor activity and minimise disruption.
-Support the mailroom with internal and external deliveries as required.
-Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand and anticipate unique needs.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
-Gather customer feedback, help implement improvements, and support Signature's real‑time feedback culture.
-Uphold workplace policies and participate in audits.
-Recommend ideas and innovations that elevate the workplace experience and align with Signature's ethos of continuous enhancement.
Flexibility & Additional Duties
-Provide cover for colleagues during breaks, absences, or operational peaks.
-Support out‑of‑hours requests when required.
-Maintain confidentiality and integrity across all activities.
