What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an exceptional Early Years leader to ensure every child’s learning journey begins with ambition, joy and purpose and ensure that each child reaches their full potential. As EYFS Lead, you will provide clear educational vision and direction, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning that secures strong outcomes for all children. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the strategic development of Early Years, embedding high expectations, robust assessment and a culture of continuous improvement. You will empower your team through strong systems, professional development and inspirational leadership, modelling excellence in practice and fostering a shared commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and achievement.
