We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Exams Team Leader to join Eastern Education Group. You will ensure that all examinations and assessments are delivered with integrity, security, and full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will act as the main point of contact for examination administration, overseeing robust systems and processes for candidate entries, secure handling of confidential materials, exam delivery, and the restricted release of results. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential, as you will work closely with staff at all levels, awarding organisations, and regulatory bodies, as well as supporting inspections, audits, and the analysis and reporting of examination results.
