Are you a recent Speech and Language graduate looking to apply their skills in a school? We are currently working with a large SEN provision looking to recruit Speech and Language graduates to join their experienced and welcoming team.
About the School:
The school is a large provision, in the Cheadle area, that supports pupils aged between 4-19, with complex needs.
The Role:
- Creating and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining regular communication with teachers, SLT and external agencies to monitor progress and development
- Working 1:1 with pupils, building strong rapport
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- A recent Speech and Language Therapy degree
- A calm, nurturing nature
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
