A warm, inclusive primary school in Harrow is seeking a robust, confident, and highly adaptable Cover Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role starts immediately and is ideal for a teacher who enjoys variety and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will be supported by an exceptionally dedicated Assistant Headteacher, known for being hands‑on, approachable, and committed to ensuring staff feel confident and well-prepared each day. Whether you're covering EYFS, KS1, or KS2, you'll always have guidance and a strong team around you.

The Role

This is a full-time Cover Teacher position, working Monday to Friday, covering classes from Nursery through to Year 6. The day can vary, so flexibility and a calm, confident presence are essential.

We are looking for a teacher who is:
- Resilient, calm, and confident across all primary phases
- Flexible, as you will move between year groups depending on the school's needs
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding

You will deliver high‑quality teaching across the school, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
- Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- Ability to adapt quickly across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
