Salary: Band 7 £24,770.00 - £27,231.00 (Pro rata salary £21,964.00 - £24,136.00). Incremental progression throughout the band is available. Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st July 2026, Term Time Only | Hours per week: 28.5 | Location: Eccles Sixth Form Salary: Band 7 £24,770.00 - £27,231.00 (Pro rata salary £17,380 - £19,107). Incremental progression throughout the band is available. You will be required to work cross college sites in response to student needs.About the Role: To provide high-quality, flexible, and learner-centred support that enables learners with SEND to achieve, belong, and thrive within our college environment. You will support learners with diverse needs in and out of the classroom with their academic progress, personal development, well-being, inclusion, and safeguarding. You will join a team of dedicated Inclusion Support Assistants in our Learning Support Department. As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will support students studying a diverse range of subjects and will be required to work across the college’s different Centres within the SCC group. You will work alongside classroom tutors to break down barriers and ensure that learners are able to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. We’re looking for a passionate and innovative individual who understands the challenges that young people with SEND may face in their learning. The ideal candidate will take a proactive, person-centred approach to ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.
