Make a Meaningful Impact Behind the Scenes at Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Apprentice and Employer Coordinator to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

To proactively engage with employers to promote and sell the College's range of apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship programmes. To recruit students and apprentices to meet the course file agreed with the Heads of School and SMG members at appropriate points in any academic year.

To undertake a range of proactive sales and business development activities, including contacting prospective employers, following up on leads, meeting with and presenting to employers, attending relevant networking events, and securing delivery solutions that contribute to meeting agreed targets.

The role will work closely with Curriculum Managers to ensure a fully joined-up, efficient, and high-quality post-sales delivery process. A strong focus on providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction to employers through effective internal and external collaboration is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

1 Recruiting suitable employers to offer apprenticeship opportunities within the school, ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.
2 Recruiting learners onto Pre-Apprenticeship and Apprenticeship programmes to meet agreed School targets.
3 Coordinating the effective matching, placement, and sign-up of apprentices onto Apprenticeship programmes.

About the Team

You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college. Working together, you'll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of eight colleagues who are committed to excellence. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches.

About You
