CNC Programmer & Setter
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)
Shifts: Double Days, Monday-Friday
Our client is a well‑established, ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited fabrications and extrusions manufacturer operating from a modern industrial facility in Wolverhampton. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented CNC Programmer & Setter to strengthen their precision engineering team and support high‑quality, efficient production.
What You'll Be Doing

Creating, modifying, and debugging CNC programs from scratch

Working closely with CNC operators, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth, controlled workflow

Testing and refining programs to reduce waste and enhance efficiency

Diagnosing and correcting programming errors and machine malfunctions

Maintaining accurate documentation in line with rigrous audit standards
About You
-
Confident in building CNC programs from scratch

Experience with Haas machinery is highly desirable

Skilled in Fusion 360 or similar CAD/CAM software

Strong understanding of 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC machining

Proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused

Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
