Crynodeb
To assess, plan, organise and manage own workload and the workload of others using the departmental traffic light reporting system to ensure maximum utilisation of resources available on a day to day basis. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and co-ordination of staff within the department. To provide and receive complex information and to facilitate effective communication with both departmental staff and customers. To provide appropriate support for technicians and their on-going development through regular reviews of performance and yearly staff appraisals. Responsibility and authority for resolving day-to-day problems and queries arising from customers and supporting the Production Manager with more complex complaints investigation. Ensure delegated actions relating to complaints are completed within the specified time frames. Please see the attached job description for full information.
