Crynodeb
The provision of cover, on a reciprocal basis, in the absence of departmental colleagues to ensure the maintenance of an Emergency Medicine service and continuity of the departments commitment to the Trusts Major Incident Plan. Maintenance, via a process of continuing professional development of the knowledge and skills relevant to the post. Acceptance of and compliance with the departments and Trusts programmes for Clinical Governance, CPD and Medical Audit. Out-of-hours responsibilities, including participation in consultant on-call rota where applicable.
