We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in a varied and integral support role within our finance function.

This position carries responsibility for the accurate raising of service charges and ground rents, supporting the set-up and amendment of direct debits, and assisting with payment processing activities. The role also includes managing scheme manager petty cash, supporting the processing of scheme manager hours and mileage claims, and contributing to utilities administration and query resolution.

Working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders daily, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A flexible approach, sound administrative capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are essential.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Lower Eashing, Godalming. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week.
