Location: Cleethorpes, DN35 8AY

Shifts Available:
* 6:00am - 2:00pm
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Availability: Monday to Friday and weekends (flexibility required)

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Competitive hourly rate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Train / Train Station Cleaner to join their team in Cleethorpes (DN35 8AY). This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards across trains and station areas while providing a positive experience for passengers. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning train carriages and station areas to a high standard.

  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising floors and surfaces.

  • Cleaning toilets and replenishing hygiene supplies where required.

  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.

  • Wiping down seats, handrails, tables, and high-touch surfaces.

  • Ensuring platforms, waiting areas, and communal spaces remain clean and presentable.

  • Reporting any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred.

  • Good customer service skills as you may interact with passengers.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
