Chichester College, part of the Chichester College Group Ref: CC3842 Quality Manager £50,239 to £54,904 per annum 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Chichester College Group (CCG) is seeking an exceptional Quality Manager to play a pivotal role in driving excellence across the College Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced education and quality professional to influence college-wide improvement and ensure a stand out experience for all learners. As Quality Manager, you will lead the implementation of robust and impactful quality assurance and improvement processes across the College Group. You will work closely with curriculum and leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement-championing excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, and supporting managers to deliver high-quality experiences that help every learner thrive. You will also need a keen eye for data including performance data, identifying trends, and driving strategic improvements. Key responsibilities of the role include: Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of an effective quality assurance and improvement system.Ensure compliance with awarding body quality assurance requirements, including EV and monitoring visits.Support managers and teams to embed excellence and innovation in teaching, learning and assessment.Conduct curriculum reviews based on the Education Inspection Framework.Analyse and report on key quality metrics, identifying risks and trends.Promote and embed effective approaches to equality, diversity and inclusion.Champion CCG’s values and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
