We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshalls (Vehicle Marshallers) for a range of upcoming projects in Oxfordshire. We have both long-term and short-term opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

About the Role:

  • Controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery entering and leaving the site.
  • Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and commuters near site entrances.
  • Coordinating with delivery drivers and site management via radio or hand signals.
  • Maintaining accurate site logs and ensuring all traffic movements follow health and safety protocols.
  • Assisting site management with general duties during quieter periods to maintain site flow.

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience directing heavy plant and delivery vehicles on a busy site.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of alertness.
  • Good work ethic and reliability.
