We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshalls (Vehicle Marshallers) for a range of upcoming projects in Oxfordshire. We have both long-term and short-term opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
About the Role:
- Controlling the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery entering and leaving the site.
- Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and commuters near site entrances.
- Coordinating with delivery drivers and site management via radio or hand signals.
- Maintaining accurate site logs and ensuring all traffic movements follow health and safety protocols.
- Assisting site management with general duties during quieter periods to maintain site flow.
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman Ticket (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent).
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience directing heavy plant and delivery vehicles on a busy site.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of alertness.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
