If you have a genuine passion for helping others and are eager to kickstart your career in the care industry, look no further – this is the perfect opportunity for you. We believe in supporting talent from within and provide avenues for growth through NVQ apprenticeships and skills development.
Join our team specialising in Reablement, a short-term service led by therapists focused on empowering individuals to be as independent as possible. We provide information, equipment, advice, and targeted help from a support team. Our approach is centred on what people can do, not what they can't. Collaborating with community partners, we reconnect individuals to meaningful activities, significantly enhancing wellbeing and reducing loneliness.
Our Reablement Occupational Therapy Assistants work with people in their own homes and play a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives. Working alongside dedicated Occupational Therapists, you will co-deliver customer Reablement plans.
We are on the lookout for individuals with a caring attitude, a friendly and professional approach, and the ability to work effectively with diverse customers to help them reach their goals.
