As a key member of the Trust’s Senior Corporate Leadership Team, the CDIO will lead the strategic development and delivery of digital, data, cyber and technology-enabled day to day delivery and transformative change across the organisation.

The timing is such that this is a rare opportunity to shape how digital innovation improves patient outcomes, staff experience and operational effectiveness across mental health, learning disability and community services. You will drive delivery of our Digital Enabling Plan, ensuring technology and data underpin safe, high-quality care while tackling health inequalities and supporting sustainable service models. Responsibilities include delivery of the Trust’s Digital Enabling Plan, oversight of a multi-million-pound digital capital programmes, assurance of cyber resilience and digital risk management, and embedding data-driven decision making across services.

The CDIO will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, providing assurance on digital performance, compliance and innovation. The role also operates at an Integrated Care System level, representing the Trust in regional and national digital forums and developing partnerships that improve interoperability, population health outcomes and service transformation.
