About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, people focused Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our friendly people and culture team. If you love keeping processes running smoothly, enjoy helping others, and want your work to have purpose, this could be the role for you. This is a permanent, full time role working on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week from our office in Selly Oak.

You’ll play a key part in delivering a fair, inclusive and efficient recruitment service across Sense. From posting adverts and coordinating interviews to supporting managers and helping new starters begin their journey with us, you’ll help create an excellent experience for every candidate. You’ll also provide a small amount of support to the coordination of our relief workers.

What you’ll do
Provide admin and coordination support across the full recruitment lifecycle for staff and volunteers.
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, managers and colleagues.
Help our onboarding team by ensuring accurate information is shared quickly.
Support the central booking system for relief workers.
Keep data accurate and secure across our people systems.
Support recruitment reporting and continuous improvement.
Champion our values and promote an inclusive recruitment experience.
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

· Have strong admin skills and can juggle multiple priorities.
· Are confident using IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
· Have experience supporting recruitment, HR or volunteer coordination.
· Communicate well and enjoy building positive working relationships.
· Understand GDPR and the importance of confidentiality.
· Care about inclusion, diversity and supporting people with complex communication needs.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or safer recruitment is a bonus, but not essential.
