Our client is a leading processor, with a reputation for product quality, which is second to none, and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, new production machinery installations, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard additional maintenance engineers to their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Electrical & mechanical maintenance, PPM's, and repairs
- Working on a variety of production machinery
- Part of a close-knit, skilled team that is growing & developing
- Start-up and shut down processing plan, equipment and facilities
- Carry out safety tests
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Be comfortable with working on mechanical or electrical problems and faults within a manufacturing environment
- Ideally have experience working on PLC Mitsubishi, conveyors, drives, bearings, seals, steam boilers
- Team player able to do ad hoc tasks when necessary
