Crynodeb
1. Work as an effective member of the office team undertaking any necessary administrative duties. 2. To provide reception cover when necessary. To prepare and book in patient information during clinics, accurately and in good time according to departmental protocols. 3. To have a working knowledge of PAS and RIS with verification of patient data. 4. Be aware of admission procedures and regulations for Overseas visitors. 5. Accurate preparation and booking in of NHS Breast Screening Programme clinics when necessary. 6. To have a working knowledge of the NHS Breast Screening Programme and Office procedures. 7. To manage all incoming telephone calls as appropriate and deal with them either by delegating or referring calls to other staff or returning calls as necessary in accordance with Trust guidelines. 8. Liaise with other members of staff and departments (Radiology, Surgical Outpatients, Health Records, Norwich Community Hospital Breast Screening team). 9. Attend and participate in Breast Imaging meetings where appropriate. 10. Be aware of role in emergency situations. 11. Comply with Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme procedures concerning data confidentiality. Please see the attached job description for full details.
