What you’ll do
• Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
• Experience of working with people with mental health conditions to rebuild their independent living skills.
• It is a requirement of this role that you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
The practical bits
• You will be working within a rota to cover support between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00, you will work within a team to cover the service on a range of shifts which will include working some weekends within the month as needed.
• You'll work core hours between 08:00 and 18:00 with flexibility built in
• You will be working within the community to support our customers who live in our dispersed flats on an outreach basis, you will be expected to complete an admin day within the services.
• Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
