Join our in‑house Talent Acquisition team!
This is a varied, rounded role that brings together attraction, end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, social media content and recruitment events, with a strong focus on inclusive, person‑centred candidate experience. You will work as an internal recruitment consultant, partnering with managers and senior leaders to attract high‑quality talent and support recruitment activity across clinical and corporate roles.
The role offers autonomy, variety and the opportunity to influence how recruitment is delivered across the Trust.
Key elements of the role include:
• Proactive attraction, sourcing and pipeline building
• End‑to‑end recruitment delivery and candidate support
• Creating engaging social media and recruitment content
• Supporting recruitment campaigns, events and careers fairs
• Advising managers on attraction and fair selection practice

It is essential to be able to work at all three of our sites, Wexham Park, Heatherwood (Ascot) and Frimley, the role will also require attendance of industry and student events in various locations.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our high-performing People Services team.
This role has a clear performance focus: you will lead recruitment campaigns for consultants, senior managers, and hard-to-fill posts, ensuring timely onboarding to reduce reliance on agency staff and drive measurable cost savings.
You will design, deliver, and track the impact of targeted attraction campaigns, working with colleagues and external partners to ensure measurable outcomes. This includes analysing campaign performance, monitoring ROI, and using data insight to continuously improve attraction and selection methods.
