Summary

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Inclusive Learning Advisor to join our specialist land-based college in Cheshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students studying programmes such as agriculture, animal care, horticulture, countryside management, and other land-based courses.
Working as part of the Inclusive Learning and Student Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring students with additional learning needs are able to fully access their courses, develop independence, and succeed in both practical and classroom-based learning environments.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess learning support needs for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Provide tailored learning strategies and support plans to enable students to access land-based vocational programmes.
