- 1–2 years’ experience in hotel sales, events, reservations, or a proactive customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong interest in groups, meetings and events, and agency-led business.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
- Commercially aware, with a natural instinct for identifying revenue opportunities and upsell potential.
- Comfortable managing CRM systems, preparing proposals, and tracking pipeline activity.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to support new business prospecting.
- Collaborative team player who works well with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced London market environment.
- Passionate about lifestyle hospitality, design-led brands, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
