Events Sales Executive - Lifestyle Hotels UK

As our Events Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in converting enquiries, shaping memorable events, and delivering an exceptional journey for every client, right from first contact to the moment the event goes live.

What You'll Do

Commercial Support & Revenue Growth

  • Respond swiftly and professionally to all M&E enquiries, driving high conversion rates.
  • Create clear, compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Support yield optimisation by following Revenue team guidance on space, pricing, and displacement.
  • Upsell spaces, experiences, and F&B options to maximise event revenue.
  • Maintain accurate enquiry pipelines and CRM records.
  • Prepare performance reports and spot trends that support cluster-wide sales activity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the first point of contact, host client show-rounds and site visits across all hotels in the cluster.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support tastings, planning meetings, and event briefings.
  • Represent the cluster at networking events, exhibitions, and sales activations.

Event Planning & Operational Excellence

  • Support weekly BEO meetings and communicate key operational insights.
  • Monitor event delivery and client satisfaction
  • Uphold brand standards, lifestyle positioning, and exceptional guest experience at every stage.

Commercial Governance & Administration

  • Manage contracts, deposits, billing details, and payment schedules with accuracy and discipline.
  • Use of CRM, PMS, and event systems

About You:

You'll be great in this role if you have:

  • Experience in event sales, coordination, or hotel/venue reservations (hospitality ideal).
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence interacting with clients.
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a strong commercial awareness.
  • The ability to juggle multiple enquiries and deliver consistently high standards.
