At our 5-star lifestyle hotel, every guest journey begins with a welcome—and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a charming and confident Food & Beverage Host to be the face of our F&B spaces, setting the tone for unforgettable experiences from the very first “hello.”
Your Role
As an F&B Host, you’ll be the warm welcome and graceful goodbye. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with style, and ensure every table is perfectly placed and every guest feels like a VIP.
What You’ll Be Doing
Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to our global clientele, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to table with a focus on bespoke service.
Strategic Table Management: Utilise Reservation platforms such as OpenTable, The Fork and DesignMyNight to create seating plans, balancing high-profile residents, VIPs, and walk-ins to maximise covers and revenue.
Operational Synergy: Act as the central communication hub between the F&B management, culinary team, and concierge to ensure dietary requirements and special occasions are executed flawlessly.
Anticipatory Service: Recognise and remember regular guests’ preferences, proactively managing inquiries and resolving any guest concerns with grace and discretion.
Atmosphere Curation: Maintain the aesthetic integrity of the outlet, ensuring the reception area and dining room meet the hotel’s stringent brand standards and grooming guidelines.

Ideal Candidate
• Luxury Background: Previous experience in a high-volume, 5* hotel or a Michelin-standard / AAA rosette restaurant within London is highly desirable.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse, high-net-worth individuals.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in industry-standard reservation software and a working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros or Symphony).
• Composure Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and elegant during "the rush," managing guest expectations during peak service times or overbooking situations.
• Impeccable Presentation: A commitment to a professional, polished appearance that aligns with the hotel’s luxury heritage.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
