JOB SUMMARY The Health Care Assistant (HCA) will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of registered professionals working as part of a multi-disciplinary health and care team. The post holder will: Participate in the delivery of personal patient centred care, alwaysmaintaining a compassionate and professional attitude with patients, their families and carers. Contributes to the service/ team organisation. Support registered nurses/ nursing associates and Allied Health Careprofessionals (AHPs) in the provision of a caring and safe environment. Records patient observations and changes to patients clinical conditionand carries out limited clinical care duties.This post is suitable to people who have experience as health care supportworker/ clinical support worker.The post holder will work shift patterns associated with the team /service / site where the post is offered.
