Looking for a career in finance?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Central Finance Team.
You will deliver high quality financial admin support to the Trust’s Central Finance Team under the direction of the Finance Manager. The Finance Administrator plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for the team - ensuring that all incoming queries are managed in an accurate and timely manner fulfilling the Trust's core financial responsibilities.
The post holder's responsibilities will include dealing with a busy inbox, answering incoming calls, processing purchase orders for equipment and materials accurately with agreed authorisation and timescales, liaising with suppliers and budget holders as necessary.
We would be pleased to receive applications from experienced candidates or those wishing to pursue a career in financial administration.
We are able to offer hybrid working for this role upon completion of relevant training.
