CRITERIA ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
Qualifications
• Experience of working with SEN students.
• Good standards of literacy and numeracy
• Evidence of further professional development

• Experience of supporting whole school literacy
• Experience of supporting children with MLD & Complex Needs
• Ability to support teacher and colleagues to implement strategies and education plans
• Experience of primary phase or Secondary SEN support.
