What skills and experience we're looking for
You would thrive in the role if you are you someone who has:
• a passion for working with children aged 5-11 years;
• strong communication skills with both children and adults;
• ability to create an inclusive classroom enviroment that supports all learners;
• willingness to learn, adapt and develop professionally;
• basic organisational skills for planning daily activities;
• relevant teaching qualification (eg PGCE or equivalent)
